Phil has a track record of leadership in outsourcing and HR. He has achievements in the fields of BPO, shared services design and implementation, change management, process re-engineering, e-HR systems design, HR administration, compensation and benefits, recruitment, and training and development within diverse industries and companies.

Phil has worked in a number of countries, on global, pan-European and national projects operating at the highest levels, and is fluent in Spanish and French. He has been working in the HR Outsourcing and Shared Services environments for more than ten years. He has been a consultant and contractor for many years and has an extensive track record or working with major organisations. This includes working for BPO suppliers, where he can make key contributions in HR, HRO, HR systems and HR transition.
