Phil Hunt

Phil is a seasoned multi-tower HR professional with deep experience of HR management, change management, HR transformation (including through HRO) and managing the HR challenges around outsourcing deals (ie HR Transition).

More than a decade ago, he was instrumental in shaping the world's first multi-process/multi-country HRO deal. Since then, he has played major roles in numerous HRO deals and has led the HR Transition stream of numerous BPO deals, operating on both the supply- and client-sides.

Phil has worked on an array of national, pan-European and global projects and is fluent in Spanish and French. He has been a consultant and contractor for many years and has an extensive track record of working at the highest levels with major organizations in a diverse range of industries. For BPO suppliers, he is equipped to make key contributions in HR transition, HRO, HR systems (including e-HR) and internal HR.
