Peter was one of the world’s leading pioneers of Finance & Accounting shared services, both internal and outsourced.

After an early career in internal audit and finance operations, he led the set up of one of the first international accounting centres in the world – for Ford motor company. Subsequently, in the late 1990’s, he led the establishment and operation of the world’s first multi-country outsourced F&A shared services centre – the delivery engine for PwC’s pan-European deal with BP Oil. Becoming a partner at PwC (and later IBM), he moved into business development, leading deals through the full sales cycle - opportunity-identification, solution development, client-management, contract negotiation, etc.

In addition to being a founder-member of BPOpronet, he acts as a client-side BPO advisor, helping major organisations to evaluate outsourcing opportunities, choose suppliers and negotiate contracts.
