However, there are two issues with the current approaches adopted by most outsourcers:
- Tools and systems for operational excellence are often severely compromised by a lack of access to accurate, timely and meaningful performance data, collected, collated and presented in an integrated fashion
- Utilizing operational excellence as a direct driver of further sales is not usually straightforward, because: i) many potential clients over-estimate the health of their current operations and ii) all BPO suppliers claim operational excellence, so it is not easy to differentiate on this basis.
We charge for our Operational Excellence service with software license and maintenance fees and on a time and materials basis for implementation and consulting support.
