Jaci is the founder and managing director of a dynamic UK-based telemarketing company which works on behalf of its clients to build databases of key contacts in target organisations, gather rich information about these people’s buying needs and get appointments for sales people.
Jaci makes a personal, hands-on contribution to key assignments as she has telephone skills that are second-to-none, developed through significant experience in the telemarketing field and in the recruitment business. Her track record is outstanding - over the years, she has generated substantial sales revenue.
Although she does not focus exclusively on the BPO market, she has delivered several successful assignments in this field and has an excellent lay-person’s understanding of the key concepts. Coupled with her technical skills, this allows her to identify the key individuals within an organisation (ie those responsible for BPO buying), gather their contact details, circumvent their gatekeepers and converse with them with complete confidence in order to understand their requirements and, wherever possible, get their agreement to initial engagement with our clients’ sales or pre-sales processes.
