Consulting, Headhunting: BPOpronet helped a major IT services company establish itself in the European BPO market by supporting the sourcing of the entire “level 2” European leadership team - Sales, Solutions and Delivery Leads reporting to the Head of BPO Europe. We provided advice on management structure and role definitions, undertook extensive analysis of the appropriate talent pools (mapping well over 100 people across the continent), mobilized shortlists for the three roles and facilitated the recruitment process to successful conclusion.
Workforce Augmentation: We provided an interim Solution Architect to join the bid team of a “Tier 2” Indian-domiciled player bidding for a middle office contract with a major telco. The company broke through a preferred supplier list to secure a landmark deal that could see them generate revenues of £200m.
Operational Excellence, Sales Prospecting, Workforce Augmentation: A global BPO player had a strategic ambition to penetrate the UK Collections market. We developed a Collections-specific version of our benchmarking tool to generate initial traction with target clients, provided an interim Sales Lead to drive the campaign and ran an e-mail/telemarketing campaign to generate sales appointments. 20 leads were generated with major corporates within the first few weeks.
Consulting, HR Transition: A supplier operating in the FS middle-office space identified a strategic need to pursue "lift-out" deals. BPOpronet provided advice on the necessary commercial and HR models. A few months later, the company won its first such contract, worth £90m.
