He worked as a Principal Analyst in NelsonHall leading the Customer Management Services research program for over 3 years and played a key role in developing Amdocs’ business with Vodafone. He also helped Cognizant to build a portfolio of ITO service offerings for First Data Corp. and Wells Fargo Bank.

Suvradeep has routinely analysed the buying potential for outsourcing services and emerging trends in major industry sectors including telecom/media, healthcare, high-tech., banking, insurance, retail and energy/utilities. Recently, Suvradeep engaged senior decision makers from key companies in Brazil from telecom (eg Brasil Telecom, Claro) and banking/insurance (eg Unibanco, Bradesco, Allianz) sectors to develop a comprehensive assessment of outsourcing market opportunities.
