Jonathan is a chartered accountant with 27 years experience in Finance, and in the early part of his career held senior accounting roles in a number of major plcs.

Since the mid 1990’s, he has worked in leadership roles on a number of major BPO and internal shared services implementations. His experience in these fields encompasses process design, transition, benchmarking, service management and operational performance measurement.

He is the founder and Managing Director of a company that has developed a suite of powerful process excellence tools – for benchmarking, performance measurement and service management in BPO and shared services organisations. This toolset has been used to transform performance in a number of well known clients, generating significant cost savings and quality improvements.

He regularly speaks at performance improvement events and provides a range of related training workshops. He founded the shared services forum in Scotland with Scottish Enterprise and is author of a guidebook to setting up and operating operational centres.
